Eastern Iowa Community Colleges envelopes are on file with Dimensional Graphics and must be ordered through the standard purchasing process (similar to business cards).

Ordering Process:

Review the current envelope pricing listed in the Knowledge Base.
Use the posted pricing to determine the quantity you need.
Open a requisition for the specified amount. In the requisition description, indicate:
- Which return address should be featured (CCC, MCC, SCC, or District Office)
- Whether envelopes should be windowed or non-windowed
Once the purchase order is approved, Dimensional Graphics will be notified.
Dimensional Graphics will print the requested quantity using EICC’s existing approved envelope files.

Ordering larger quantities reduces the overall cost per box, so departments are encouraged to plan ahead when possible.
